December 26 -- Dear Lord, thank you for all the people you have sent into my life that have helped me when I needed it most. Please show me the work you have for me to do in this world and give me the grace, courage and love to do it. Amen. (Hebrews 6:10)
December 27 – Dear Lord, your comfort is so important to me when the way becomes difficult. Remind me always that you are near and that I am never be alone or forsaken. Help me to see your provision in all the blessings I receive. Amen. (Psalm 23:4)
December 28 – Dear Lord, help me to see myself as you see me and know how much you love me. Help me also to see the things I need to change to make myself more like you. Please give me the strength to continue. Amen. (Philippians 4:13)
December 29 -- Dear Lord, make me aware, O Lord, of your presence in my life when things are at their worst. Remind me of your love and mercy when I feel there is no hope. Then fill me with hope and transform my sadness into joy. Amen. (1 Kings 17:12)
December 30 – Dear Lord, thank you O Lord, for being with me every day to teach me and give me encouragement. Give me the courage to admit when I am trying to take control of my life instead of giving my life to you. Amen. (Job :24)
December 31 – Dear Lord, bestow your grace on me when I face losing someone I love. Keep my heart open to give my sadness and grief over to you. Remind me to pray for others who grieve that they may receive comfort from you. Amen. (1 Corinthians 15:55,57)
